Liz Vassey began her acting career when she was nine years old. She was later in more than fifty productions and musicals. She played a police detective in Ringer and a wife of a detective in Southland, a bounty-hunter on CBS the Pilot The Odds and a bank robber in Medium. In addition to her work Swallow also played a mermaid and star in Shana-Sosin's independently produced film The Rift.
